A company and a documented recipe
TOSMA was incorporated on 7 June. A review published on 29 September describes orange tree leaves with honey and shows the packaging.
The cofounder’s account
In December, episode 112 of Parlons Canna features Cyrille Vanhulle as Tosma’s president and cofounder.
Liquidation opened
A judgment dated 19 June opened simplified judicial liquidation for TOSMA.
CONTEXT
A brand can predate its company.
Public traces of Tosma in 2021 predate incorporation of the SAS in 2022. The incorporation date should therefore not be treated as the established launch date of the project. The account of early kitchen experiments comes from the interview with Cyrille Vanhulle.
